The Work & my honest no

“A dishonest yes is a no to yourself.” ~ Byron Katie

In this workshop we’ll explore new ways of giving our honest no.
But first we’ll look into what we believe would happen if we say no when feeling torn by a request.
We’ll also travel back to the past, to the first time in our childhood years when we thought saying no wasn’t an option.
We’ll sit in all kinds of situations where it might be difficult to connect to the gentle yes or no inside of us.
As Byron Katie phrases it so beautifully: “Honest communication begins with you communicating with yourself”.
And we’ll see what it means to us when someone gives their honest no to us or doesn’t want to do what we want them to.
This laser sharp process of self-realization cuts through the bars of our self-made prisons.
All levels of The Work experience are welcome.
Anyone with an open mind can do The Work.
As working through an entire worksheet is so valuable, we’ll offer the opportunity to practice intensively by partnering once or even several times a week during the workshop.
Of course, all of these will just be invitations and you are more than welcome to listen to the gently whispered yes or no within yourself at all times.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If your cancellation is received nine (9) days in advance of the workshop, your tuition will be refunded less a €45 processing fee. If you do not send advance written notice of your cancellation, if you do not attend, or if you leave the workshop early, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
